This apartment was perfect for my time there as a travel nurse. Tracy is a top tier landlord, very responsive, kind, and a pleasure to do business with. The complex itself is quiet and safe, neighbors are friendly, grounds are well kept. I would stay here again if I come back. 10/10 would recommend this apartment and Tracy.

T was wonderful to work with; she is super sweet, helpful, and responsive. She was there to treat me when I arrived and gave me a tour of the property and complex. The apartment is super convenient to many stores, restaurants, and parks. It was also a short drive to WakeMed Raleigh. I felt very safe and comfortable coming and going, especially late at night since I was working 3rd shift. Tracy keeps the apartment well stocked and even had a little welcome basket with some snacks.

We had a great 3 month stay. Everything was as described, and although we didnt have any problems, T was always very quick to respond if anything ever did come up or to answer any questions. The complex amenities (2 pools, 2 little gyms, small play ground, game room with pool table, foosball, shuffle board) were also a great plus for days off and to keep my family busy while I was working. Definitely would stay again if ever in the area!
